SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Please follow the submission guidelines. Submissions that do not adhere to the guidelines will not be reviewed.

• Title—This includes your first and last name + Poetry Submission (ex., Jane Doe - Poetry Submission).
• Submit up to three (3) poems at a time, up to five (5) pages, in a single attached file. If you submit more than three (3) poems or more than five (5) pages, we will not review your submission. We do not accept previously published poems, including ones from social media or other blogs. We do not accepted AI-generated/assisted poems. 
• Bio—Poets should include a descriptive 3rd person bio, any links to personal websites (optional), and an author photo (optional).
• Equality & Inclusion—We love writers from all backgrounds, and we work hard to represent diverse voices. Hate speech, discrimination, and any other negative stance towards another race or culture is unacceptable, and we will not accept work that exhibits such traits. 
• Here, There, Everywhere—While we encourage writers of all geographic locations to submit, please note the following: 

As of January 31, 2024, we are unable to ship print copies internationally, due to budget restrictions. If you were a Fall 2023 International Contributor (and have experienced shipping delays), this announcement does not apply to you. If you are an international submitter, please consider submitting to our Spring Issue, which will be exclusively online. You will still have the opportunity to be considered for Best of the Net, Pushcart, etc.

• We allow simultaneous submissions (that is, submitting work to more than one online or physical journal), but please email us if one of your poems is accepted anywhere else.
• Response Time—Please allow 30-60 days for a response. If you have not heard from us regarding your submission in 90 days, please reach out to inquire about the status of your submission.
